Terms and Conditions:

1. Cruise reservation applies to an interior stateroom and must be booked (not completed) with FCV and within 18 months of package purchase. Package must be paid in full at time of cruise reservation. Stateroom upgrades can be purchased through FCV’s reservation department at discounted rates and are based on promotional availability.

2. There is no block out dates, however, Christmas through New Years period of December 17th – January 6th, summer months of June, July and August, spring break as well as major holidays will have slightly higher prices as they are considered “Peak Season”.

3. Offer valid on cruises departing from: Miami, Fl; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Port Canaveral, FL; Tampa, FL; New Orleans, LA; New York, NY; Bayonne, NJ; Los Angeles (Long Beach), Ca; Galveston, TX; San Juan, PR; Barcelona, Spain; Rome, Italy; Venice, Italy; Genoa, Italy; or Marseille, France.

4. All dates, ships and departure ports are based upon promotional availability. Cruise ships are capacity controlled and often sell out. FCV recommends a minimum of 6 months advance booking notice to ensure the best selection of cruise ships, itineraries and stateroom options.

5. Upgrades for cruises sailing to Alaska, Canada, New England, Hawaii, Panama Canal and others are available but additional fees apply.

6. Offer is valid for cruise travel on the following lines: Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess, MSC, Costa, Holland America, and Celebrity Cruise Lines. Additional cruise lines such as Crystal, Oceania, Silversea, Viking River, Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas, Cunard, Azamara and others are available for additional fees.

8. 4 Night bonus cruise goes out of the port of Miami to Key West, Cozumel or the Bahamas. The cruise fare is payed; you are responsible for port fees, taxes and processing at the time of booking. June, July and August are peak season and cost additional.

9. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however the Platinum Package is fully transferable to any traveler over the age of 25. No additional fees applied to the transfer of valid and active packages. Transfer not available on expired packages.

10. Upon expiration, the package may be eligible for renewal. Renewal package available for purchase at $149 per person and includes an additional 18 months to book the cruise and up to 3 years to book the resort.
